Do Not deal with them they are con men do not replay to letters or emails and if you do recive a reply the tell you in not so meany words to "!!!!!!"

I received a cheque from OSPS this morning for my automatic cashback (the one for being connected for a month). Unfortunately it was £20 "light". I'm also still awaiting £20 for referring a friend. I've fired off an email pointing this out giving them 14 days to resolve the matter. After that, it's a trip to the small claims court. Thankfully it's an easy cheap process which OSPS know they're on a loser with. I'll update this thread when I receive a response.

i need some help so i would be grateful for any advice.....i started my contract with orange through osps on 16/12/2005 and i recieved my first bill on 19/12/2005 so my billing date is the 19th of every month. Iam supposed to claim my first cashback by sending them the fourth bill and this is what iam confused about. is it march or april bill. if i count the first bill in december i should send march bill but if i count 4 calender months from connection dateit should be april bill....can any one help me...i cant afford to lose out on the cashback and apparently they are trying any excuse for not to pay...i have only recieved my automatic cashback today (01/04) which was supposed to be payed within a month of connection.

You must send the bill which covers the payment after your connection date.
ie: if you buy the phone on say 29th Dec and your orange billing date is 10th of the month you must send a copy of your 4th bill in April. As each bill covers the whole of the next month in advance the April bill would cover 10th April to 9th May. As long as you wait a few days after your connection date and send this bill you (should) get the cashback! Don't forget to send recorded delivery and preferably at the beginning of the week as if it arrives with them on a weekend they wont sign for it. Give them a tp call after a couple of weeks or so to check they are processing it and get the name of advisor.

Now on my 3rd cash back deal with OSPS. Never had any problems

similar experience with Clubmobile, it is becoming so common that they r desperate for more deals and find it difficult to balance their cost and profit. as a result, there are more and more cowboy mobile dealers out there offering inconsistent and dishonest services. maybe we should come up with a list of doggy dealers and spread the word and let the list grow. in fact, i am going to start one now.

OSPS had me to on this rang customer service for my first cashback asked which bill they required me to send them as the dates did not align.
The girl worked it all out for me saying that the first months bill from orange did not count and gave me the bill date I required to send in Good Yes Well NO as she had given me the wrong month when I sent the claim in in they said it was incorrect and would not pay!! I asked to speak to the girl who had told me the month to send in (I got here name) was told she was in a different department and would not be able to talk to me!!
Wrote number of letters and emails usally they do not respond but basily no chance of getting my money.
The latest ploy is that I sent in the wrong claim form1 I told them I only recived one with the phone now they are saying that is the wrong one and thats that where would I get a wrong claim from only them!

I bought a phone 2 months ago!
Had a mobile before and was really busy at the time! So just used the phone and put the rest of the info back in the box! Thinking read it later. Had a look now when I have got some time, there is some documentation a folder staing how to claim the cashback! But no vouchers! I rang OSPS to tell them this and they said tough! Got to let them know under 14 days off receiving the phone!! I am not due to claim to month 4, so I asked them to send me some as they didn't include them in the original packaging!! But they still wouldn't!

I feel cheated, its my own fault as I should have looked at the full documentation when it arrived! But didn't realise I need these vouchers, had an e2save redeem phone previously and no vocuhers were required.

I feel really cheated. Are the vouchers photocopiable! If so would some kind soul PM and send me some or are they linked to the phone number and address?

This made me fume on Saturday when I rang them!
I wonder how often they dont include the vouchers!!

Got a new name for them!
