    Hi
I sent my claim form on 8th Nov by recorded delivery and they received it on
9th Nov. Guess what, my cashback cheque came in the post today - 12th. So immediate processing ! Having said that, I had atleast 4 contracts with them and so far I have always received all the cashbacks, though sometimes delayed. May be I am lucky !

I have to say well done to OSPS too. I've been a big critic in the past but I sent my final cashback claim to them on the 8th via SECOND CLASS recorded post, and got my cheque in the post today (12th)!

:T good stuff! I might actually consider them again when I get my next contract!
  • I've only now received my 4th bill - it's dated the 13th of October. So I'm 2 days over the 30 days they allow and that's before I send it (which will of course be tomorrow). So God only knows when they'll get it!

The post around here is terrible. The individual flats have letterboxes but the postie can't get access unless myself or one of the other 3 residents are in after noon (when the mail is delivered - I can't remember the last time I got post in the morning it's usually mid-afternoon!). The post often gets sent to the wrong flat or the postie presumably takes it back to the depot.

I'm guessing from this thread that OSPS aren't going to be reasonable? They did forget to do my automatic cashback, so I guess I could kick up a fuss about that. I may let that slide if they're reasonable.

BTW, if they're inflexible does that mean my two future cashbacks (month 8 & 12) are void? God I hope not, £65 up in smoke because of the postie is bad enough £195 will be a complete nightmare (plus that tenner they never gave me!).

Thanks for any help in advance!

Claims for two phones posted on 5th November. Cheques for both received today (17th Nomber). Fast enough for me.
  • I got my text last week (Friday) but no cheque has arrived as yet. Has anybody else got theirs?

charlotte3, do you have to request them to text you or do they do that automatically?

15/11 received cheque (claim sent 25/10).

Received another cheque yesterday for claim sent 27/09 and lost by OSPS. Copy of the bill and proof of delivery was sent by e-mail 27/10.

P.S. Never received any texts from them ...

They should send the text to you automatically.

OSPS misplaced my claim, so had problems and ended up having to get proof of signature from Royal Mail and faxing it to them along with my latest bill.

They sent a text last week to say they were raising a cheque to the account.
If you should have had your cheque by now and have not received a text I would contact them.

  • YAY!! The postman just delivered my cheque. Now I'm a happy bunny.

Well done OSPS or getting your act together (at last!)
