I posted mine before Christmas, was signed for at the end of December but still does not appear on the system - when I phoned earlier in the week they said there would be a backlog as the redemptions department had been closed until after the new year.

With the benefit of experience, I would say it is a ploy to get out of paying people as there are obviously going to be some who just give up, forget or never think to phone OSPS to check it has all been received.
Keep checking with them, maybe you will be luckier than most of us on here, let us know what the outcome is.
Good luck!Sexkitten
Good things come to those who wait......... but the best will be taken by those who got there first

Same old tricks. Don't waste your time. Send them a letter saying they hgave 14 days to pay you. When they then don't pay sue them. They will then pay you back your debt and your legal fees end of story!0

1. get orange to send you a duplicate, a later months bill maynot be acceptable.
2. Send a copy of the duplicate
3. check to see how much time you have left for this ! I think there is a 30 day Window.
4. Call them after they get the paperwork, make a not of who you spoke to and the time / date call back and keep chasing see point 3!
5. Send items recorded cost just over £1 and send copies
6. Use the geographic numbers to call themSeth.0 -

If you still have the phone on Orange contract, you could sign up for their online service - it only takes 2 minutes (enter phone number and a few brief details) and you then have access to your bills which you can print off (and send them a copy of the bill that you originally sent).

Member02, I was asked to send the proof of signature by fax or email.
This is available free if you ring the phone number on the back of your special delivery receipt [it costs to get this on recorded delivery].
Of course, they had received my original claim all along as when they finally rejected my claim they sent the original docs including envelope back to me.
My advice? Send them the photocopy of the proof of postage, your most recent bill, a letter saying you will start legal proceedings if they don't pay within 14 days.
After 14 days file an online legal claim and the cheque will arrive.0
