OSPS ruined my X-mas .I ordered the sony k750i on o2 8months free line rental tariff.I got the phone next day morning delivery but unfortunately it is faulty one.Now they told me that their returns department will give a ring back with in 24hours but still no call back from them.Already ripped off by these idiots.Don't buy from them.last month ,I got my cashback from ospsp in two weeks of sending the bill ,so i thought that they have left the evil tactics but still they are same!0

rogerramjet wrote:Mine said 4th bill I sent that and they sent it back saying I was early (contract was in July and my 4th bill arrived ) I rang them and they said it had to be on the 4th month which meant it had to be sent after November!!!?? - I suggest ringing them as your contract start date is September and it maybe you need to send in January when the contract has been running 4 months.
In relation to where to send, I queried this by ringing them, on the phone they said one address, on the email they said another!!?? as I sent in twice I used both and it got there each time
Deffo send it registered.
Deffo send seperate.
Also give them a ring to confirm on 01270 211999 when answered ask for OSPS. Number is geographical which you can ring with free minutesI think....0 -
I started contract on 10th september,my 1st cashback claim is due on 10th january,i have just received my december bill dated 14 december,is this the bill i send for my 1st cashback?also what part of bill do i send+what is the current adress to send for the cashback claim with osps to.thanks in advance0

It is better if you send this bill (first two pages) to osps on or after 10th of january otherwise your claim may become invalid.Your 28 day deadline starts from 10th january and ends by 6th or 8th of feb.So even you can send the .another bill 14th jan along with it as sometimes they are very fussy.they tell you to even send the another latest bill.Remember to send it by recorded delivery only with the cash back voucher .

This post refers to my previous post regarding the faulty handset from OneStopphoneShop. The cheeky salesperson on the phone cancelled the O2 contract without letting me know and created the new order .I was under the impression that I am getting replacement for the faulty handset. But unfortunately this time the Sony k750i handset which I got in post today is found to be locked to network T-mobile. Although I won’t mind and appreciate him in getting me the another phone without any dealy in X-mas time but still all of his Santa clause action is futile as they sent the T-mobile locked handset on O2 contract. What kind of data protection and privacy we expect from such company in which sales man cancel and creates new orders on their whim and wishes. I don’t know now what to do?0 -
