Thanks for that, I won't bother then.
  • OSPS............ Cant get your cashback please try this.............

Ring your service provider, in my case three............ explain that you only took the phone out because of the deals and the cashback promise and you feel you have been missold your phone due to OSPS not paying out.

When i did this three rang OSPS for which they would only talk to me, so 3 did a confrence call with them, he wrote down everythink that was said and the lady from OSPS told us both i would have my money within 28 days. The guy from three made a note of this and that he was going to take this to his managers and that if i didnt recieve it to get back in touch.

After 14 days my cheque came through the door............

I will NEVER deal with OSPS again but if you want your cheque thats the way to do it...........

I also made a note of who i spoke to date and time........

This is good just incase you do have to take civil action and believe you me i did threaten OSPS with Civil Action.

    Hope this helps

  • I've had a weird experience with them lately.

They failed to pay me a cashback, despite my complaints. Then I had another come up and thats been paid within 3 days of me sending it to them, with the old one as well.

    Very strange things happening.
  • Sent my cashback claim in on the 8 December, done it registered, signed for on the 12 December, got my cheque today (19 December).

I was wary going for the cashback deal with them and even more so when my auto cheque back didn't auto until I rang them, but fair play I can't fault them at the mo, I sent my cashback in early and they emailed me to tell me and sent it back which I thought was scary :)

Just have to wait to see if I have the same service when I send off my claim in a few months now.

Nah, I posted my claim 31st oct and have heard nothing yet
  • Hey guys, for those of us who bought the K750i phones back in May/June and had the free text message bundle applied (normally £14.99) don't forget to cancel it NOW! I've just done mine, otherwise I would have been charged from next month.

    Hi,
It’s my first time with cash back I’m just waiting for my 4th bill from 3 to come in the post and then I am going to send my clam back. A few things I would like to ask
Is it the 4th bill they are after as it says M4 I got my contracted on 15 sep.
Is the address still po box 337 Crewe CW2 8WE.
And is it best to send it register mail or special delivery?
I have 2 clams as well is it best to send them in separately?

Thanks for any help with this Kev.

  • Mine said 4th bill I sent that and they sent it back saying I was early (contract was in July and my 4th bill arrived ) I rang them and they said it had to be on the 4th month which meant it had to be sent after November!!!?? - I suggest ringing them as your contract start date is September and it maybe you need to send in January when the contract has been running 4 months.

In relation to where to send, I queried this by ringing them, on the phone they said one address, on the email they said another!!?? as I sent in twice I used both and it got there each time

    Deffo send it registered.

    Deffo send seperate.

Also give them a ring to confirm on 01270 211999 when answered ask for OSPS. Number is geographical which you can ring with free minutes :)

    Hi Kev!

1: Ring them... they are pretty helpful when it comes to letting you know the exact dates you need to send the cash back claims in. They gave me the exact dates with which to send them between.

2: Make sure you send the claim via Special Delivery. DO NOT, send via registered post. I did and it got 'lost', I was just lucky that they inadvertantly sent me 2 lots of claim forms, when I placed my order, so I sent the claim in again, this time by Special Delivery. Remember, they will try every trick to get out of paying you!

3: DO SEND EACH CLAIM IN SEPARATELY! You at least have proof of each claim arriving seperately. In the past, they have only admitted to receiving one claim when customers have sent in two in the same envelope. If you send in both seperately, Special Delivery, you then have proof they have received both!

Good luck.... it's a bit of a minefield, with this company, hence this thread about them!!
