Hi all, Just a quick query.. Has anyone used the ELC (£2000 per year for 3 years) on anything useful. Was thinking about degree etc, but thinking about going down the plumber / electrician route now. I was reading on the main site regarding how to claim for wasted time when a delivery fails to arrive at the appropriate time. Was just wondering how this works with modern housing/DHE?
