Heart Rate watch- No Strap
As the title suggests I am looking to buy a heart rate monitor however I would prefer one without a separate chest strap and just uses the watch. Any suggestions?

trampette - effective or not
Hi anyone used or using a trampette for weight loss with good results? I already go to the gym for 50mins cardio daily before work and a bit of weights on weekends but wanted to see if I could do a bit more light exercise in the evening at home in front of tv. Not counting people with large amounts of muscle/ other circumstances making the BMI calculation unsuitable. Well You can if you want its still interesting to me.
