good deals on insanity workout?

Hi

I've been looking at buying the insanity DVDs but they are SO expensive! Anyone aware of any decent deals on it or somewhere I can find it a bit cheaper?

Thanks in advance

Try looking on Ebay, there are loads of people selling it on there.
I got the full set of DVD's and mealplan/wallchart unopened for £50, but you can get it cheaper if you don't mind getting something in a more used condition.

Hmm, that's hard to say. I stuck with it to the end and got a lot fitter but didn't really change my diet, so didn't lose much weight. If you want it to be effective you have to really work on your diet too.
I enjoyed the first month but by the second month some workouts were taking over an hour a day, which I started to find hard to fit in around work and I did get very bored of it by the end.
If you've got the time to commit to it and feel enthusiastic about it the yes I'd say it is worth it, but there are lots of good workouts for free online if you're not sure you can commit. Fitnessblender.com has some excellent workouts :)

Thank you for that, I'm happy(ish) with my weight these days although I've gained a few lbs since I got married last year but I'm addressing this with diet changes. I'm looking to get a bit leaner and build some muscle. I currently run and go to Spin class so only fit in one weights session a week and thought insanity might be a good supplement to my current regime. I'm just not sure I could commit an hour a day!

Thanks for the fitnessblender recommendation - I'll have a look on there first before I decide whether to go for insanity!

    Thanks again, fairy lights!
