Hi, My parents (keeper) received a parking fine for overstaying (38 mins) for parking in the Starbucks bit instead of McDonald's. Can I appeal on their behalf? Whats the first step? I tried finding the details for McDonalds manager but the distance is too far to visit in person. TIA
