Hello, Ive received a parking fine from 2 days ago saying i didn't display a badge but it was on the dash.

Not Sure whats best to do first, appeal or what, you cant see the badge on the dash from the pics provided

(They are known to be a nightmare in this carpark)

Than you so much in advance

Is this the template you was on about? Doesn't seem fully relevant as it was due to blue badge..

    Re PCN number: xxxxxxx

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the Leasee of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

THE NAME AND POSTAL ADDRESS OF THE KEEPER (OR THE HIRER/LESSEE) GOES HERE, OR IN THE RELEVANT BOX ON THEIR APPEALS PAGE.

    THE DRIVER IS NOT IDENTIFIED.

They should have more pictures, at least to show the dashboard, otherwise they can't say you didn't show it.

You can't appeal unless the lease company says they've passed on your details and only after you receive a Notice to Hirer at your house, first.

Show us the lease company's letter.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The Blue badge is not valid in private car parks regardless of its date.

The legislation that covers private car parks and disabled parking is the Equality act (provision of reasonable adjustments ) and complaints about parking companies should be made to the land owner

    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

What are the circumstances of you receiving this NtK?

Because within the space of one and a half days, Premier managed to obtain keeper details from the DVLA, send a NtK (to the lease company) and they managed to get the NtK to you as [possibly] the driver. All within 36 hours of the incident.

    That doesn't seem logistically possible.
