CEL small claims settle/ proceed with hearing
After a recent mediation call dispute with CEL over a pcn, they have climbed down from their nearly £300 claim to my offer of £100. I want advice from the community if i should withdraw my offer instead, as i think the charge is still unfair, and take them to a hearing, or settle? I included Chan/Akande in my challenge as well as my argument of obstructed signage in the car park. I have seen on other threads CEL rarely attend hearings so what do people rate my chances? Any advice. Thanks in advance.

Did mediation end without agreement? If yes, then there is no offer on the table unless you made one since.
DON'T!
Were you unaware that CEL discontinue before hearings now? You'll pay nothing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
