Can somebody clarify please, on my annual Abbey BC loan statements their is a charge for 'Life Insurance ' shown on payment history as 'Masterplan Premium', can these payments form part of PPI miss selling claims, PPI is shown as a separate additional cost on the statements. thanks in anticipation.

paid into wrong account
My son opened a new account. He transfered £6700 online banking and he put two digits the wrong way round. The money has gone into someone else's account not his own. He has contacted the bank and the haven't been very helpful and said he has to wait 20 days. Has anyone got any suggestions.
