hello all , can anybody tell me what are the basics that you should buy everyweek , i am sick of going to tescos every fri spending 40 quid then still having to go every other day and spending prob another 10 a day at the very least , whats the best thing to do ?????

what to do with milk?
I'm vegan and for breakfast have cereal with soya milk. Thing is soya milk only comes in large cartons and i'm single so I run the risk of ruining my milk by it going off before i've used it which isnt great.
