I would think you will have to order it from a good butcher0

I love c0ck, havent had it since a trip to France in 1989 which is a long time to go without. I have tried my local butcher, but TBH he is a bit rubbish.0

Have you tried a local farm shop? Mine is good for ordering special order items, if he can't get it he usually knows another farmer who can.One day I might be more organised...........

I'm in the West Country, I think I know of a farm shop. The other thought was maybe I could ask at the farmers market?0

Farmers market would be a good idea if you have one locally. If you search for farm shop and your area on Google you will usually find them. For example http://www.everleighfarmshop.co.uk/ might have what you need I know someone who has used the mail order from there before and they are in Wiltshire, they said the food was exceptional. One day I might be more organised...........
