what to do with milk?

I'm vegan and for breakfast have cereal with soya milk. Thing is soya milk only comes in large cartons and i'm single so I run the risk of ruining my milk by it going off before i've used it which isnt great.

Can anyone suggest ways to use milk in recipes suitable for vegans / vegetarians and ideally which can be frozen?

Thanks!

Do all shops sell soya milk in large amounts- have you done a comparison to see if there are some other suppliers? Check with the manufacturers if not if you can freeze it and perhaps save some containers expressly for this. HTH
  • Why not just freeze the milk :D in smaller quantities and use as required? It will go into sauces, rice pudding, hot chocolate, etc once defrosted.

Why not get a plastic carton and freeze some of the milk itself? You can make ice-cream with soya milk so you can definitely freeze it.

Edit: Didn't spot Penelope's post there, sorry, I took too long replying!!
