Solicitors for house sale
Hi, anyone have recommendations for a good (efficient) but reasonably priced solicitor for handling conveyancing on the sale of our house (abt. £160,000 is sale price in the Belfast area)? I have had some stupid quotes up to about £900 plus VAT and was expecting it to be much cheaper than this...any help appreciated.

Bit of an odd question this but can anyone tell me coming from belfast where abouts the petrol station is?
