Trying to buy a massage mat at a very reasonable price, with discount code and 10% cashback of course, The site accepts my postcode as being Norn Iron and lets me select my address from the list, but then won't seem to continue with my order, just asks me to put my addy in manually and when I do this it recycles the page again.

Just wondering if this is another not to Norn Iron company, they state they don't do Channel Island and say Highlands and other Islands may take longer for postage but at £3.95 P&P we can't compalin.

Just wondering if anyone has ordered from them from here.

Order with them before. No problems at all.

Have you tried giving them a ring?

I tried ordering online from Tchibo for the first time last week and failed. Kept getting an error message at the password field.

The technical support telephone line couldn’t help, seems they can only help on a working system. Email advice came back several days later with 'try again'.

So I just ordered by phone. You can still use a discount code if you phone, though don't know how you could work the 10% cashback.

Seems their delivery firm, ParcelNet, uses Famac for NI. Am I in for a long wait?

    Edit:
Delivery took 13 days, so within Tchibo's 14 day delivery rule. And it was indeed Famac.

im mainland uk but have used them once before.

delivery not the quickest, but the product quality was top notch.

have you tried processing your order over the phone? perhaps they could manually override any address problems. their no is 0870 1605 606. not sure if there is a working alternative on the say no to 0870 website.

    hope that helps
