hey

looking for some quick advice

i bought a bed a year ago from bed shed which rusted after less that 6 months so i got a replacement of a different kind of bed.

the top of the divan caved in within 3 months so they gave me a replacement. One of the main support beams in the new one (which is just 2 months old although only slept in for a month ) has no broken.

They have siad they will send me a replacement but to be honest i think the bed is so crap i jsut want a refund. they have said no but advised me to come in to talk to manager tonight.

what r my rights?
love you lots like jelly tots :o
