I’m looking to buy a second-hand car, and I am seeing a number of vehicles with Northern Irish plates, which are a good deal cheaper than the GB-plated equivalents. Is there any reason for this/any cause for me to give them a wide berth?

I am half way through a 4 year finance package on a new Fiat. Does anyone know how willing a different dealer would be to sort out the remaining finance if I buy a new motor from them but paying cash instead of having their own finance? Cheers!
