London - reading the cheapest way

Hi all,

me and countless others make the trek out from Paddington every day...

I have an Annual Zone 2 season ticket, and don't think I need to pay the whole London-Paddington to Reading Monthy fare...

I have found a reading to Zone 6,5,4,3 ticket that I can buy online, but I have never managed to get any cheaper ticket in an office.... would this ticket be valid, how do I check ?

anyone got any advice ?

Having more than 1 ticket to cover the full journey is OK. I used have a Zone 1-5 travelcard and when I used to travel out to Basingstoke, all I need was a ticket from Zone 5 - Basingstoke. As long as you can prove that your tickets cover the whoel journey, it doesnt matter how many tickets you have. They cant say a thing.
