Hi guys, was wondering if you could help me out.
I started finance for a car in January. I bought the car from a dealership and paid him my deposit and he started the finance. However, he never delivered the car. Eventually i managed to get my money back from the finance company but he still has my deposit.
He has now gone missing and i cannot track him down. His company is still registered with companies House though and i do have his house address.
Consumer direct said i should take him to small claims court but the guy is still missing.
What do you think my best plan of action should be? and if i take him to court, what form do i need to fil out?
Thanks a lot guys. This has been causing me many a sleepless night
