My DRO has been submitted on 29th July by Step Change can anyone advise me how long it is taking at the moment for it to be approved. Have been told by StepChange I should hear back in about 10 days but have seen on hear that it can be quicker. Just want the stress to be over.

Restriction on Property
Our IVA ended in 2017 we received completion certificate. We are remortgaging to a different lender and we just received a letter from the bank solicitor saying there is a restriction registered against property in 2012 by Grant Thornton. Should this of been removed?
