Its not quite been 6 years since my last DRO was started.

Can I start the ball rolling now, or is it even possible to apply before the 6 year anniversary?

You can only have one DRO every six years.

You can start the ball rolling now. It's just that your intermediary can't press the submit button until 6 years and a day have passed.
