Mortage in an IVA
Advice please
Currently in an IVA, i have the possibility to purchase my parents house which has equity release on it for about £40k leaving about £160k equity so would need to mortgage it to pay off the £40k
i,m thinking i would be able to raise the extra to pay off my IVA
would i be able to obtain mortgage does anyone know
