Car on finance IVA entered

Hi
I have just had my IVA accepted which I am so please about. I have a car on a lease agreement and was told this would remain the same and that I would be able to keep my car as long as the payments remained paid in time etc.

I was browsing around for something completely irrelevant and got a big shock that said the HP finance company may well seize my car ( I have never missed a payment on my car) and I was informed during the application, there were no concerns. In honesty the articles were dated 2014 but as you can imagine it still has me some what worried.

Thank you in advance for any support and information

If you continue to pay your monthly payments I am not sure what reason or the mechanism in the contract the lease company can seize the car.

If your worried because you read something on the internet that is 5 years old and someone else's situation then I wouldnt worry, but read your credit agreement just in case.
