Getting a mortgage after an IVA

Afternoon,
please could some one advise me on where i could get a mortgage from. I am now out of the IVA which ended on the 5th February last year and i am sturugling to get a mortgage to be able to move house. Some advise and companies that will not rip me off would be greatly appreciated.

No one on here will recommend a lender - you may want to talk to a whole of market broker.

Whats your deposit percentage?

we have a 20% deposit

If you are intent on not using a broker, reading the lending criteria for intermediaries might help you to not apply for something you'd definitely not get (but alas meeting all the criteria doesn't mean you'll get it, and criteria going direct may differ from criteria through broker)
