Drip-feed from Chip ISA to regular savings - cons?
Anyone using the Chip ISA? Can I simply move all my money there and drip feed out to higher rate regular savers if I need to? Normally should just be covered with my salary but what could go wrong with this strategy? I've just seen the MSE high-interest lump sum and drip-feed from lump sum into regular savers comparison…

CHIP cash ISA
Does anyone know if I can sign up / open a flexible 5.10% CHIP Cash ISA now, and not fund it until after April 6th, or do I have to fund it with at least £1 (which I don’t want to do). I can’t seem to have that clarified anywhere. Thanks.

Getting the interest rate updated on your Cynergy Online ISA
Just posting this for the benefit of others as I almost lost out. I took the advice of Money Saving Expert and opened a Cynergy Bank online ISA at the start of February - just a month ago - and deposited £20,000. At the time the interest rate was 2.85%. Then Cynergy very quietly announced that their online ISA has risen to…

Lifetime ISA - different product for retirement vs first home?
With lifetime ISAs, is it a different product depending on whether you're saving for retirement vs buying a home? Reason I'm asking is that I want to open a Tembo lifetime ISA for retirement, but when I download the app and start filling out the forms it's asking me for details about the house I'm buying and when I'm…

Paying into Moneybox Cash ISA - direct debit only?
Does the Moneybox Cash ISA make you set up a direct debit to pay money in? According to their help page (https://www.moneyboxapp.com/faqs/how-can-i-pay-in-2) it sounds like you can make an instant transfer from your bank, but according to this thread…

Premium Bonds - Did you win?!
Wasn't there a thread for premium bond winners to post their winnings month by month? I've searched the forum but cannot find anything like it, or did I make it up? Or maybe it was on another board..? I don't currently have any premium bonds but I am considering them, maybe seeing some members winning will be the catalyst!

Am I right in saying that it is the time at which you deposit money into an ISA that determines the tax year and not the time at which you open the account. I would like to lock in the 5,25% Virgin ISA rate (one year) now but not dpeosit the money until after the new tax year has started (6th April). I have already used my…

I am an 18y/o looking to move from my NS&I cash ISA to a fixed term ISA for 2 years. I looked at switching to OakNorth however they said they are unable to transfer with NS&I. Fixed and Variable ISA in Same Year
I've not been able to find a definite answer to this. Earlier this year I took out a fixed rate cash isa but didn't use my full £20k allowance. ISA and savings advice
This is not my strong point, so probably a stupid question but I’m going around in circles. I earn under 50k per year (part time salary and NHS Pension combined) I have an easy access Savings account (around 4.5% interest) with aprox £75k in it. I’ve got a NS&I cash ISA opened in 2019. It has almost 20k in it, about 18k…
