Garden shed leaking HELP!
Last year I painted the outside of my shed with cuprinol garden shades paint but this year Ive noticed rot inside at the back of the shed as I couldn't get to the back of the shed (see photo) My question is can I use the same paint and just paint inside the shed? Will it get rid of the rot?

Hi, I discovered who the manufacturers are for the likes of Wren and Howdon's. This will usually be a factory on an industrial site. I was told to go there by my builder. The company were only too happy to help and took my order. They showed me round the factory and I could see the colours and finish on the units. I had to…

Replacing sloping path
We are in the process of breaking up the old concrete path to our front door. It’s on a slope so there’s a step up from the road and a further wide step before the door, then a step into the house. It has to go as it’s cracked and has moved slightly over the 80 or 90 years it’s been in place, and there’s a tree root…

Safely removing old emulsion from upvc? door frame
So I tried an online search and everything from paint stripper to soap. Seems a tad unlikely that some ideas would be damage free. Kitchen refit on a budget
Hello, I am a first time buyer and am currently refurbishing my property. I was initially not going to replace the kitchen as the units although dated, seemed ok. 1930s door restoration
Hi, I inherited an original 1930s door from the previous owner of my house. I would like to get it dipped, stripped and sanded. However the beading seal around the window on the inside isn't in great shape and will probably fall off during stripping/sanding. I'm worried about spending money getting it stripped/sanded for…

Surprise! It's asbestos! Advice needed...

Which glue for broken doorbell glass?
A small circle of glass has fallen off my doorbell camera. It is physically intact. So I need to glue the glass back on to the plastic casing. Any recommendations on glue type? or should I use clear sealant. There should be no way for moisture to get in to the camera lens once fixed.

Blocked drain
Our external drain has been blocked twice in the last year and the issue seems to be too much toilet roll being used by the neighbours. It's on our property so it's our responsibility. Is there anything we can do if it is our neighbour who keeps causing the problem?
