Loosening a window handle in my bay window
I've got 3 double glazed windows in a bay window in my living room. 1 I can open without issue, the 2nd is the middle window - is biggest so don't need a handle. But 3td is stuck & can't open it with the handle. I've tried WD,40 etc but no luck. Any ideas on how I can loosen it as seeing condensation now?
