Computer chair or office chair, please help
I wanna buy ... :) I need to buy a computer chair or an office chair for a larger person, weighing 16 stone but I am having trouble finding ones that state weight limits on them. It's false economy to buy cheap ones as wheels break off, arms break and then in the latest one, the legs that branch out .. one of them has…

My wife has had a message passed to her via wattsap. It claims to be a free Tesco £250 voucher. All you need to do is answer 3 questions. I don’t think this smells right, anybody got more info?

Buying M&S gift vouchers
I need to pick up some M&S gift cards/vouchers at short notice so no time for delivery I can visit an M&S store, but was wondering who else sells them - ie out of tesco, sainsbury, asda, BP fuel stations with M&S food etc? It may just save me 30 mins on a journey today to avoid a trip to a store

Purchasing a new sofa - advise
Hi all, My wife and I are moving into our new house soon and went sofa shopping a few days ago. I cannot believe the prices of these things. We went to SCS, Harveys, Dwell, DFS and most were quoted around £2500 to £3000 (even with a discounted sale price). I know nothing about sofas, but I only expected to pay around £1000…

Pulse Teck
I've been looking for a 4K TV, and missed out on buying the one I fancied at our nearby Argos Clearance because they sold the last one in stock about an hour before I got there! I know they get regular deliveries and I could keep looking in to see if they get anymore, but I searched online and found the model I wanted on a…

Smart TV advice
This may seem a bit of a strange question but where do I get advice about a smart TVs. I guess all the 'big barn' places Comet etc don't have experts to help you just salesmen who can read the info on the card( I can read). I haven't bought a TV in about 12 years ( I have only ever had 5 and I am 66) so really have no idea…

Aquashard gift vouchers
I have booked afternoon tea for 2 at the Shard and need to pay for it. To do so before arrival means buying a gift card from them. The price includes a "discretionary" 12.5% service charge. It isn't very discretionary as you cannot purchase the gift card without the 12.5% added. I am a bit of a tight wad when it comes to…

netbook recommendations
Hi all, I'm in the market for a netbook. I travel a lot so need something small, robust and at a reasonable price. Any recommendations? I generally use it for emails, downloading and/or watching TV and movies (BBC iplayer, Netflix etc), Skype etc. Nothing too demanding. Would prefer something with plenty of storage but…

Transportable storage
I want to have my stuff organised in large draws. However I want these draws to connect or be part of a tower, so that I can transport them easily altogether. The problem with most plastic tower drawers is that they are very flimsy so they cannot be transported. They can be modular, ie they can be placed one on the other…
