Video edditing programs for youtube videos

Hi everyone
I'd like to start my own youtube channel but having a problem with edditing programs for my videos. I have downloaded many of them but unfortunately found them difficult to learn. Can anyone suggest an easy edditing program that could be used by complete beginner like me. All what I need is to cut the video, paste it, slow it down and speed it up, then insert another video into it, insert text or an arrow, blurr faces and insert a music.
If anyone could help me please I would be very grateful.
