Cheaper AOL Broadband with just 1 call
Seeing the old TV series and how people have haggled with companies to get better deals I thought I would give it a go. £56.87!
Did my first haggle and got 10% off a very specialised sword I have commissioned for my OH's wedding gift. Absolutely nerve wracked about negotiating but got offered the discount right away, and over the telephone! Now wish I'd asked for it to be rounded down to £500!

DH reduced his hours at work.
We have taken on board lots of the advice on this forum, particularly within the old style board, and completely changed our outlook on making and spending money.
