Where can I go for a health check?
This may seem an obvious question but I'm looking to get a check of my weight, body fat etc which I believe I can do without a visit to the doctors. I don't really want to go to the doctors as I don't think they will appreciate a visit without being ill. I'm sure there's a way I can do this by paying a small fee? Someone I…

Hair mask similar to Kerastase?
Hi, I've tried a Kerastase hair mask that came on a gift set and liked it, but it's really expensive (£30 for 200ml). Does anyone know if there's a cheaper brand with similar results? My hair is fine and very frizzy, it looks horrible when dried unless I use a mask/conditioner or a leave in product. Thanks!

I had a 3 tooth bridge done on NHS nearly 28 years ago after a tooth broke and there was not enough left for a crown. The bridge is on the top right hand side from canine tooth going back. Paid for invisalign full but received lite
Hi there I recently went to the dentist to correct my teeth. My dentist recommended that I get invisalign full and the same is specified in my quote, which I paid for. However, the packed I received says "invisalign system - lite" and the number of trays I have is 14, which matches with invisalign lite. I suspect that,…

Maintaining weight after losing stones
I know we are told not to crash diet but to lose weight gradually so that we learn to eat better. However, I've lost over 5 stone over a number of years (was up to size 22 and now somewhere around 8-10-12 depending on the brand). And I am so used to having between 1500 and 1900 calories a day that I very seldom go over…
