Have you successfully reduced your bad cholesterol?
As the title says, have you successfully reduced your bad cholesterol? I have tried for 2 years and it is still creeping upwards. I eat healthily at home and cook from scratch, but I eat out once a week. I don’t eat biscuits, and have cakes only on special occasions. My hubby’s reading is 4.5, he is lean despite eating…

Teeth Whitening and uneven teeth
I was hoping for some experiences regarding tooth whitening that my dentist is advising me to take. My teeth are discoloured after years of redwine, coffee and anything else that colours them, but I also have two teeth that are pushed back behind the other teeth and very noticeable and I've never been able to feel…

Endodontist advice
I've
had a mild dull ache in my filled molar upper right 7 for three
months. Originally very occasionally but now two or three times a day

Dental query discomfort since cleaning and BMS flare up
I saw a new dental hygienist yesterday...no problem apart from some sensitive spots. He scaled them with electric scaler and water suction. I am in Wales and NHS patient. Electrical foot file
Can anyone recommend an electric pedicure tool to deal with thick toenails and hard skin? There are so many on the market it's bamboozling. Especially as a lot of them seem to be lumped in with acrylic nail tools. I go to the podiatrist for my ingrowing toenail to be dealt with every six months or so, whilst I'm there she…

Exercise equipment recommendations
Recently things have been getting on top of me and I think I have very mild depression. I know one of the big remedies always suggested is exercise so…
