Weight Loss programs please 2023

Can you post any current or new weight loss programs that are available to watch?
Also, if possible, state what TV channel, streaming services or YouTuber channel it is from.
I’ve lost 5 stones in the past and kept if off for 5 years. However, with having great demands of my special needs family getting a diagnosis & the proper education, the weight came back. Now my children are gradually gaining independence, I can again focus on me. TV programs in the past have been an amazing motivator in me loosing the weight before.
So like many in 2023, I start the journey again.
