PIP Mental Health Law Change Help
I applied for PIP in 06/2016, requested an appeal (tribunal) 11/2016. I have severe anxiety and agoraphobia, I've literally not been outside for 10 years. I'm still waiting for my tribunal to happen, but I'm now concerned that I may end up losing PIP altogether because the government has changed the law so that the words…

Won PIP tribunal puzzled by sentence on decision
My husband won his Pip tribunal appeal yesterday. Went from 6 points for care and non for mobility to enhanced for both. Took an hour and the Dr was very hard going. On the decision notice it says it would be inappropriate to fix a term, we were not sure what this means and hope the nice people on MSE can help?

PIP Meltdown
I am writing this here - because over the last few years I have found great advice in these threads. I don't expect anybody to be able to help me in any way - but I need to let it out and there is no-one to talk too. To say that life is totally hopeless and exhausting at the moment is putting it mildly - and yet the blows…

The 20%
It looks like I’m one of the exclusive 20% club. A random payment to my account indicates that I’ve been awarded standard daily living during a mandatory reconsideration. Thank you everyone who supported me on the journey, until next time.

Made a terrible mistake
EDIT: Post retracted as some members have accused me of scam baiting, which, to be honest is not only shocking to hear but it's a preposterous claim. What is their reason for this belief? I could only sum it up in short: that I write pretty well for a one-handed severely disabled. Thank you to the people who actually took…
