We disagree, have already sent a mandatory reconsideration and they have stuck with the decision. We are going to appeal further but in the mean time we have a situation. We have had a…

I know DLA is disregarded for tax purposes, but is it also disregarded in other scenarios e.g. claiming the Warm Home £140 heating grant or being eligible for other grants, due to low income, if receiving no means tested benefits ?

Reporting Changes to PIP
Hi, I was diagnosed with ME in 2013 but they're now saying I was misdiagnosed and saying it's something else. Would I have to inform PIP of this even though the symptoms are similar? Also I'm on a few new medications.. but day to day it affects me the same. Do you they need to know about medication changes? Thanks.

Asking For Female Benefits Adviser At Job Centre - Reasonable Request?
Due to my autism I connect better with females as I find them genuinely more helpful and understanding. I'm just wondering if it's possible to request a female as my benefits adviser at the job centre? or would that be frowned upon? I've just grew up around females so feel safer around them.. Has anyone ever done this?

PIP help
Are you able to ask for evidence of things they claim ? What I have said? What they have seen? What the NHS say? They keep saying "informally" which I assume they will turn round and say we don't have hard evidence ? Also, can you put in a formal complaint ? If so how ?
