Shouldn't take too long, first payment may arrive before backdated.0

It can take 6 weeks or more sometimes. The DWP have as much chance to appeal the decision as we do. They have 1 month from the date of the decision to ask the Tribunal for the Statement of reasons. From this to appeal to the Upper Tribunal they must find an error in law in making the decision but it very rarely happens. It has been know for them to make you wait at least 1 month for your money. As it's only been a few days, it could still be a little while longer that you have to wait. Well done on winning the Tribunal though.I recently had a pip tribunal 31st January 2018 that i won i also got awarded high rate mobility & care how long will i have to wait for my backdated payment & first pip payment :huh:0
