Scam still ongoing!
Just had a scam email as follows and note the errors! Just a warning and I'm not worried in the slightest as it's 100% a scam email. This one has no contact info or links that I can see, but I have kept it in my spam folder, which may hide links? If you get one and maybe a follow up one with links or contact info...DO NOT…

I have a defaulted CC outstanding with Capquest. I have not been in a position to make much payments until now. They are offering me 70% settlement figure which I could pay over 3 instalments. Help Needed: Dealing with Debt Settlements and Uncooperative Creditors
I'd really appreciate some advice or insights on how to tackle these debt-related hurdles. Firstly, I've been faithfully sticking to a Debt Management Plan (DMP) with Payplan for just over two years now. This plan involves making nominal payments to various creditors. Recently, PRA made me an offer regarding an old Lloyds…

Hi. Wasnt sure where to post this.(admin pls move if appropriate) Some years ago I started a "your presence not your presents" thing with family and friends. Does a completed IVA need to be mentioned in a Will?
My father is about to make a Will. He entered into an IVA in 2016 which was completed in 2021. A certificate of completion was issued the following year. Does he need to mention this in his Will, and if so, would this impact his estate at all? Or, since it is completed, is it now irrelevant?
