New viewing card in old Sky box?
Hi all, My partner is due to give her 30 days notice to Sky today. I'm thinking about signing up in my name to get the £115 cashback and 25% off for 12 months offer. We currently have a 2TB box which is only a month old and wish to keep it. Once Sky gets installed again, can I remove the new box and use our 2TB one again?…

Can I watch BBC iPlayer offline on a different PC?
It states you can watch offline on this page http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/install but If I try to move the downloads folder containing the programme I've just downloaded in the library onto a SD card, it comes up as "choose another location as this is removable media"!

Want to cancel Sky but have free channels available.
I want to cancel my £21 per month Sky package. I was looking at Freeview etc but a friend said as I already have a Sky box and satellite dish I'd still be able to get quite a few channels on that after cancelling. Would I simply leave the Sky card in the box after cancellation? Someone else said I'd have to pay £25 for a…

Virgin Media Credit Limit
Hi Guys, I know there's been a few posts on here already about this, and I thought I'd clear this up. When I opened my account with Virgin Media six months ago, they applied a £180 credit limit to the account (I only have TiVo/BB). After the 6th bill they shall review your credit limit and amend accordingly whether you've…

Missing TV programmes on Virgin Catch-up
We use Virgin for home phone, broadband and the very basic (M) tv package. The box is the same old box we first got when we joined Virgin. I first noticed at Christmas that some of the catch-up programmes aren't on the menu for a few days after they were originally shown, e.g. The Christmas Day episodes of Eastenders, Call…
