rubbish blinkbox streaming!

ONCE AGAIN we have tried to watch a film on blinkbox (red2) but by 13 minutes into the film the speech and actions were not in sync, a 4 second delay between sound and vision. We were watching this film on a credit from Blinkbox as this happened before but their films seem to be unwatchable on our equipment. We have Samsung tv and don't have any problems watching anything form other services.
I have complained before , which is why we got the credit, but they don't seem to listen to me, I don't want credit but my money back!!!! I can't even get a complaint to the help desk , it just doesn't e mail off their site!
Sorry, rant over, but it's VERY disappointed when you get your family ready to watch a film and it is unwatchable. Anyone else had problems?

Streaming services are only ever as good as your broadband speed will support.
You are lucky to get credit, let alone a refund, if you have a slow internet connection.
