Problem with new Garmin sat nav.
When I try to update the maps for the first time it starts with about 1.5 hours to go, then this increases to 3 hrs and even 15 hrs before dropping out! Contacted Garmin support but they haven't got back, 3 days later. Also do I need a memory card in it?

Slow cd ripping.
