Samsung RSA1RTPN American fridge freezer issue

Hiya, I have just bought a Samsung RSA1RTPN fridge freezer off of somebody and I seen it working at their home with no issues, I have brought it home, let it settle and have turned it on... To begin with it worked fine but now the fridge freezer is constantly beeping and the freezer temperature is on 10. I set this to -18 as recommended but since last night the temperature has gone from 1 to 10 degrees which is now warmer than the fridge! The fridge side is absolutely fine, it is where I have set it to be. Somebody is supposed to be coming to look at it tomorrow and I feel like it's going to be an way fix for a lot of money so if somebody could possibly suggest any fixes I'd be grateful! Thank you!
