Hi

I help run a community project / charity website, and they are now looking at a online booking system so parents/carers can book and pay online.

Has anyone used such software and how did you find it? first search on google shows this which looks decent, but at £49.95 + VAT per month, its kinda more than they wanna pay.

https://www.bookingbug.co.uk

Just thought if anyone has used such software, any advice/suggestions would be nice. Just for info, we run 7 sessions (4 in term time / 3 in holidays) so need provision for all 7 sessions

Hope someone can help!

You could try the following :

Set up your calendars under a google calendar account and link them via this software.

It also offers Stripe for the payment side of things.

I have no experience of this software but it certainly looks cheaper than the option you describe.

There's a great wordpress plugin for this ..

    In fact there's several.

Appointments+ has a one time $40 fee. Checkpoint is brilliant but $49/month so over 30 quid a month with today's currency market.

Or else how do you plan to implement this? Provide a link to a third party website?

There's not nearly enough information to give you a proper answer, I'm afraid.
