I need about 3 sets of 30 pages of text A4 plans etc printed, short of buying a printer are there any company's i can e mail these to and have them print them and post them to me?

My local library has PCs from which people can print documents from memory sticks for a few pence per sheet. I imagine other libraries have similar facilities.0

On the reasonably acceptable grounds that any device brought in and used on their system may contain malware, my local Library will refuse to allow that.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

That's unusual. Which council is that?
Most councils specifically advise you to take along a USB stick to libraries to connect to their PCs.
For example:
Nottinghamshire Libraries:You can save your information to a CD (CD-R or CD-RW) or to a USB flash drive.

Some ink refill shops will print them for your for about 10p per sheet. Try cartridge world if you have one local.0
