PLEASE HELP! windows 10 critical error

No Aerial For TV Only Virgin Media.
I will be moving house next week and the house I'm moving to has no TV aerial only Virgin media cables. Now my TV is fairly new and looking as the back it will take the virgin media cable. If I connect this will it provide free view TV and freeview HD channels?
