Need help using facebook

How can I start a new thread on Yahoo mail's facebook page? I can see the posts of other people and boxes to comment on their posts but cant see a place to start a new thread if that's the correct expression. I already have my own facebook page.

Thanks

Navigate to the page in question. There should be a box to add a post on the page. Write in that box and hit the post button.

It might be called "Write a message".

I don't think you can. All the posts on that page are posted by Yahoo themselves and you can comment on them but you can't post directly on their timeline.
    :p
  • Thanks everyone.
I found it impossible to contact Yahoo mail support as the "contact us", was a series of inappropriate selection boxes and a worthless email to me. So I ended up adding a comment to the topmost message on their facebook page.
After the bug I'm experiencing since Yahoo mails recent update the only thing stopping me leaving them is I cant bring myself to ask so many friends and organizations to change the address they have for contacting me.

Create a new email account (e.g. Gmail), and setup a forwarder in your Yahoo account?

That way you'll get your Yahoo emails while you gradually migrate your contacts to your new address. :)

Thanks. Yes that would be the answer but .. The bug I'm trying to complain about (or the fault with my account settings) is in Yahoo's message forwarding. Not all messages are being forwarded

Sorry - my psychic tuning went a bit awry. ;)
  • No its absolutely my fault. I was trying to keep things simple and thought it more likely I would get there via Yahoo help rather than asking about the actual problem. Sorry about that.
