Okay, I'm confused. What is a Windows tablet? Specifically, is it possible to run desktop programs on one? Here, for example:

Does Amazon Prime Instant video work on android tablet
I just got a letter from Amazon with a membership card for Amazo Prime Instant Video 30 day trial.. No idea why they needed to generate a credit card type card but still. My question is that I have an android tablet (Kitkat 4.4.2) and as far as I know it doesn't work on that in the UK Does it?
