Sky plus tv listings

My Sky Plus t.v listings seem to be not available for today but available for the next day. Anyone else got this problem?:eek:

Turn you box off completely, leave it for five minutes and turn it on.
That usually fixes it.

Thanks for the advice but checked sky help and this is a known problem,will just have to wait for there fix.:eek:

You'll have to put the dots in yourself, I'm a newbie. Option 2 works on our box.

been having a host of problems with it recently and they advised its a "none issue".

Their recommendation was to access the Maintenance menus (see http://www.wallaceit.co.uk/sky---sky----sky-hd/engineers-menu-on-all-sky---sky----sky-hd-digiboxes/117/article.aspx) and do a rebuild of the planner. Turn it off for 5 minutes after its done. Turn it back on.

So far its all worked fine since then

Missing listings, programmes disappearing from planner, slow to respond, failing to record and freezing.

All issues caused buy the last firmware update,

I had the trial fix this afternoon and it seems to have sorted the issues.
