Ecomonical printer

PC monitor or TV?
I'm about to treat myself to a decent size monitor about 20-22 inch but I've seen some similar sized tv's for around the same price that double up as a monitor. Now I was under the impression that most people have monitors, but why not go for the TV or am I missing something?
