internet connection lost

Options
My internet connection went down on Boxing day
I have spent hours trying to get it back
I changed the filter and cable but still no luck
I have tried connecting by cable but my Netgear router appears to be the problem - displaying an upside down '?'
What does this mean ?

It is not possible to help an idiot who can't even be bothered to RTFM.

Probably due to a recent posting session from the OP complaining about TT customer services .
I guess the post was a light hearted reply as opposed to your post that of no help at all to the OP pot kettle black .

An intermittent internet light going from green to orange can be a line fault. Have you asked your provider to run a line test ?

I don't mid helping people but you would expect them to at least try and help themselves first, by doing a search, RTFM etc, not just post without trying other avenues first.

If you read some of the OP previous posts he claimed to be IT support for a School. If that true its a bit working what kids are being taught there.

As for the symbol its easily found online, and on on my separate Netgear router and ATA is shown and identified on both bottom labels.

Though I do think maybe he has !!!!!! TTB off so much may be they just 'accidental' disconnected him.

OP, contact your supplier as the symbol is warning you of a connection\line fault.
